2025 INFORMATION SESSIONS FOR COACHES AND UMPIRES

Every year, to coincide with the start of the new Autumn season, Waverley Night Netball Association conducts an information and discussion session to review the rules of netball and to serve as a refresher for everyone after a lengthy break following the previous Spring season.

In preparation for the 2025 Autumn season, we are conducting two sessions:

Saturday 1st February at 2.00pm; or

Friday 7th February at 6.30pm

The sessions will be no longer than an hour.

The session will include the following:

Rules discussions (including any potential new rules)
Protocols of the game
Game Day Scenarios
Opportunity to ask questions of the supervisors

It is encouraged that Clubs & Rep Teams make it compulsory for coaches to attend one of these sessions.

The sessions will be presented by Netball Australia Umpire Mentor, Raechel Richards, and Ann Castles, who has been an umpire supervisor at Waverley for many years.
